Dashrite does not offer passenger transportation, directly employ drivers or service technicians, set consumer fares, or operate as a Transportation Network Company (TNC). All transportation, delivery, and home services are provided independently by third-party licensed fleet and service operators utilizing the Dashrite software platform

  • Cloud Credit Balance & Dispatch Requirement: The software infrastructure utilizes a prepaid cloud credit balance to manage automated dispatches and API routing. Independent partners and operators must maintain an active, positive cloud credit balance; if account funds are low or exhausted, the system will automatically restrict the ability to accept new requests or initialize routing until the cloud credit balance is topped.
  • Independent Operations & Revenues: Dashrite does not set consumer fares, process transaction ownership for physical services, or act as a merchant of record for field operations. Independent partners retain 100% ownership of all service revenues and earnings.
